Q. My game is not working properly.

If you cannot proceed while playing due to crashes and bug issues,
we request verifying the game file integrity on the Steam client.

Q. The Game won't launch.

If you are experiencing issues while launching the game, please refer to the steps below.

1. Check Minimum Requirements
The game may not start if minimum hardware requirements are not met.
Please check the system requirements at the bottom of Dave the Diver Steam store page.

2. If the issue continues
Some antivirus (vaccine) programs may falsely detect game files as malware.
Please check your antivirus settings and set DaveTheDiver.exe and the file containing the game as an exception and try again.

*Issues related to antivirus software may reoccur, so please report with the following information if you are still experiencing problems.

게임 플레이 도중 오류나 크래시 문제로 더 이상 게임 진행이 불가능한 경우,

Q. 게임이 실행되지 않아요.

게임 실행 과정에서 오류가 발생했다면 아래와 같이 해결 방법을 시도해 주세요.

1) 게임 PC 사양 확인하기
게임 PC 최소 사양을 충족하지 못할 경우 게임 실행이 어려우니 반드시 스팀 상점 페이지 하단의 '시스템 요구 사항'에서 게임 플레이 최소 사양을 확인해 주세요.

2) 게임 사양을 충족했지만 오류가 발생하는 경우
특정 백신 프로그램에서 DaveTheDiver 게임 파일을 차단하여 게임 실행이 되지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 그렇기에 이용 중인 백신에서 DaveTheDiver.exe 파일 및 게임 설치 폴더를 예외 처리 진행해 주세요.

* 백신의 문제인 경우 해결이 되셨더라도 추후 재발할 가능성이 높아 이후에 문제 현상이 지속된다면, 하단의 필요 내용과 함께 제보 부탁드립니다.

Whenever I try to add the Chirashi Sushi to the menu and serve mxmtoon, it says that I don't have the green sea urchin even though I did the quest to get them with her. Is there a way I can get more green sea urchin or is this a bug?

During the new poker mini game i got stuck in a screen giving me an option to play a game or give up. Pressing either does nothing exept a confimation sound. I did alt tab out of the game before choosing either option maybe thats what caused it?

I played the latest ver on nintendo switch but Balatro didn't work. Guys in Sea People village just like before. Nothing in their hands and no poker game to play.

Once having added the cauldron and served mxmtoon the sushi, the following morning won't load. Restarting did nothing. I rolled back my Nvidia drivers, no luck. Cannot load or continue anymore, black never-ending screen.

Stuck on hiring first employee. It directs me to hire an employee but doesn't register it after I did.

Hello, the collaboration content unlocks as you play through the story! It should unlock for you as well once you get to a certain point in the game.
However if you have already completed the whole story, and the content still does not start for you, please let us know!

Hi, the events will unlock as you play the game. Please try progressing a bit further and the Mushroomer will visit the sushi bar!

I have finished already. All that's left is restaurant upgrades (Platinum now).

Greetings. I've been play the game for a while, it's a great work and l absolutely like it. There's only some small bug l encountered, and l want to make a few suggestions, it's just ldk where l can share them so l'll just put them here, l will be very happy if you adopt them! Now the bug is, l don't remember whence,1 l spend a very long time to dive in to the water after l hit the dive button once. However, it's just a tiny bug l think, it won't affect much. 2 There is a time the game crush when it was on a bug fix/small update. My game only crushed once and when l'm back to my desktop, l saw the bug fixing/update notice. Maybe it will be better to inform Daves/players about the in coming update?(ln game perhaps) And here is the suggestions; 1 The boss Klaus is way to hard to defeat at that stage of the game. l know some will complain like; The first boss giant squid is so weak! The game is so easy! but, maybe to make it a little bit weaker or push it several week to first show, will greatly improve the gaming experience. 2 Set a save point between the gadon maze and our second encounter with John Watson. He is really tough in his armor, so l close the game after be defeated several times to look for a way to fought him. When l'm back, l'd have to go though that maze one more time. That is so frustrating... That's it for now, and l don't think l have anything more to complain. Thank you for reading! :)
