Q. My game is not working properly.

If you cannot proceed while playing due to crashes and bug issues,
we request verifying the game file integrity on the Steam client.

Q. The Game won't launch.

If you are experiencing issues while launching the game, please refer to the steps below.

1. Check Minimum Requirements
The game may not start if minimum hardware requirements are not met.
Please check the system requirements at the bottom of Dave the Diver Steam store page.

2. If the issue continues
Some antivirus (vaccine) programs may falsely detect game files as malware.
Please check your antivirus settings and set DaveTheDiver.exe and the file containing the game as an exception and try again.

*Issues related to antivirus software may reoccur, so please report with the following information if you are still experiencing problems.

Q. 게임이 실행되지 않아요.

게임 실행 과정에서 오류가 발생했다면 아래와 같이 해결 방법을 시도해 주세요.

1) 게임 PC 사양 확인하기
게임 PC 최소 사양을 충족하지 못할 경우 게임 실행이 어려우니 반드시 스팀 상점 페이지 하단의 '시스템 요구 사항'에서 게임 플레이 최소 사양을 확인해 주세요.

2) 게임 사양을 충족했지만 오류가 발생하는 경우
특정 백신 프로그램에서 DaveTheDiver 게임 파일을 차단하여 게임 실행이 되지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 그렇기에 이용 중인 백신에서 DaveTheDiver.exe 파일 및 게임 설치 폴더를 예외 처리 진행해 주세요.

* 백신의 문제인 경우 해결이 되셨더라도 추후 재발할 가능성이 높아 이후에 문제 현상이 지속된다면, 하단의 필요 내용과 함께 제보 부탁드립니다.

Also seeing the 'enter ocean' bug after getting the two events at once- the squid fight/headlamp and getting the tuna catching grenade/drone. Had to alt+f4 to escape since only WASD were doing anything.

It's not the bomb with a trigger that you bought by mistake? (if you can buy them, maybe they are only found)

I also just got the "stuck in the squid cave"-bug after defeating it - I can enter my inventory but that's it. When I try to harvest, Dave just shrugs. Is quitting (and presumably losing the entire dive) the only option?

also experiencing this bug/issue. I am not getting the prompt to dive into the Ocean just after receiving the tools in the tutorial to catch tunas - Tuna Event + VIP event active currently. Please fix this bug as it prevents players from actually playing your game :/

Experiencing the same issue. I can do nothing but moving on the boat after defeating the giant squid and getting the pink box.

After I kill the squid, I can't cut the tentacle to get the pink box. When i hit space, dave just shrugged. I did have boxing gloves equipped which i discarded thinking i needed a knife.. not working, can't leave the area.
