Q. What platforms is it on?

Currently DAVE THE DIVER is available on Steam, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 and 5.

Q. Can I play this game on Steam Deck?

Yes! DAVE THE DIVER is Steam Deck verified so you can bring Dave on the go!

Q. Is there a keybinding function available?

You can change the keybindings in your Settings (Title Page, Phone App, Pause menu)
*Gamepad updates may be available in a future update.

Q. What are the minimum system requirements to play the game?

You can find the minimum system requirements on our Steam store page. We will continue to update these values as we gather more information to provide the most accurate recommendations.

Q. What languages is it available in? Will additional languages be added for the full launch?

DAVE THE DIVER supports English, Korean, Japanese, German, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Portuguese, Italian and Russian.

Q. Is there any way to obtain a 3-star shark Marinca card?

As you progress through the story, you will be able to unlock a special feature to obtain large species.

Q. Will DAVE THE DIVER have microtransactions?

We do not have any plans to add microtransactions to DAVE THE DIVER.

Q. Can I play DAVE THE DIVER over 60FPS?

DAVE THE DIVER currently only supports up to 60 FPS.

Q. Does DAVE THE DIVER support Ultrawide resolution(21:9)?

DAVE THE DIVER currently does not support ultrawide ratios.

Q. I'm not sure what the "Best Taste" requirement is asking for on my Cooksta upgrade.

When enhancing your dishes, it's the second stat on the dish. (The one with the little smiley face.) It indicates how delicious a dish is.
If you sort your dishes by "Taste" you can see which dish has the highest taste, and compare it to the Cooksta upgrade requirement.

Q. The game is not recognizing my gamepad (controller).

From the Steam Library page for Dave the Diver, go to Settings ⚙️ > Properties > Change option from 'Use Default Settings' to 'Enable Steam Input' and please try again.

Q. Will the PS5 DualSense Haptic features be available for PC as well?​

Currently, PS5 DualSense Haptic features are not available for PC.

Unable to do the bug report above in the link. I can hear the music, the game "starts" and I see the MintRocket Logo, but it is in the background, it is black when I click on the game to bring it to the forefront again (it automatically minimizes itself) and I have tried the following:
Restart computer
Restart Steam
Verify integrity of game files
Uninstall it and reinstall it
I don't have VPN or any other program on the list of potential programs that are interfering with it or I have checked as Steam indicates I should
I have done all of the above a few different times and while I had this issue yesterday about a half hour in and had to restart and uninstall, this time that isn't working at all.

You need to let Dave drown and then Cobra will save him, then you should get the achievment

BUG REPORT : Have you guys got stuck when crafting the first Gun of the game ?, it asked me to craft it but space wasn't doing what it was suppose to do, instead it kept going back and forth between Duff speaking and crafting menu, the C button to close the phone didn't work either, I had to close the game.. pretty frustrating, so early in the game.. what can break next ... Any idea why it did that ?
I tried on keyboard and controller, same bug again,
I tried multiple time but can get through that part of the game, always bug at the same place,

cant click or add quantity , the only active button on the screen is the pink one

the bug is gone after i validated the install files on steam :D

I got a BUG with the quest from the Ecowatcher, its called "Remove Jellyfish" I have to kill/catch 3 Barrel Jellyfisch thats done and 10 Fried Egg Jellyfish , but it seems im my game I have killed or captures this Fried Egg Jellyfish and they are gone forever normally they were on the left part of the first day going down to the first Baracuda blocking the way, but now even 50 days past they are still gone completely from the game and i cant continue with the Ecowatcher app cause this quest prevents me from getting further

edit just found 7 Fried Egg Jellyfish maybe the last update fixed this bug , I will investigate further^^

BUG REPORT :
Im stuck when giving the Moray Eel Curry to Otto in the sushi bar, everytime I give it to him the game just freeze, happened 4 time in a row over 2 days now, can't get pass this point in the game, please fix it :)

not sure how to sell the silver items I find. can't see them in any inventory except after a dive. The sawtooth shark attacks and I am unable to move and the QTE prompt is black without any instruction. Menus in general could be more intuitive.

you can sell them only at the guy on the boat at his shop you have to scroll down

i got stuck in the cave after the giant squid fight. it wont let me leave until i defeat the squid but i already defeated it.

Both the Clione Queen and Goblin Shark are still softlocking me after defeating them.

The Clione Queen wants an undersea container for transport (which I don't have and don't know when i'm supposed to have it) and the Goblin Shark can't be interacted with at all, partially clipping through him when swimming close.

Are there workarounds? I can't progress the game with these roadblocks.

EDIT: I think I found the cause. If these bosses were hit by tranquilizers, the game will treat them as sleeping, but alive. Don't use Tranquilizers.
