I know the base game is stupid easy with the free unlimited healing and all, but I feel like hard mode takes it a little too far in the other direction. I think 2 lives is too few for how steep the difficulty spike is, and having to replay the entire level is obnoxious, the boss fights being as long as they are is punishment enough without tacking on an extra 2-4 minutes going back through the stage. We can clearly hear characters calling "Copen" Akira so why is the name different in the text? Is the name Akira banned in some countries or something?

Played through all 4 current GV games (going to be playing more of each them to do more score runs), and with how much I liked Copen in GV2 and iX1 I was expecting to not like this game, but after beating it I really can't think of a single reason why this game gets so much hate other than people don't like change. The main games themselves are good, but whoever decided to make the DLC cost more than the actual game needs some talking to. Thats just a greedy practice. If you want the games to sell more, then what you actually need is better marketing. Thats what will actually make more money in the long run, not overpriced DLC. Update: pretty clear these and iX2 were used to fund GV3 and its free updates....
