Wild Bat Feather

Does anyone know how to get this item for the mask upgrade? I suspect it's where I need the shadow potion but I don't have any anymore, and I don't have cabbages to make more :/

You can find it while exploring the mist, it's just laying out on a cart or something.

Its on a small cliff on a chair in the second area unlocked by the first fertilized tree. Have to get past the first section of those things that will eat your face.
