Option 2 On the character Body type indicates a male type body, yet still looks "feminine" than actually being a male, not many face options since both look the same, hair options are mostly towards female side.
Now if they were trying to what Harvestella did, then it didn't quite make the mark. Its not a forced Female game or otherwise they would only have one body type option.
Personally I think character creation needs more work on it, But as I see it isn't an Early Access game and it's supposed to be feature complete.
