Is this a different game from La Pucelle: Tactics?
And is it different enough from Disgaea to be worth buying? Disgaea's "infinite levels" and crap annoys me.

It is a remaster of sorts of La Pucelle: Tactics. It's the same game but in HD and with some added content (from the PSP version mostly).

And yes it's different from Disgaea. You can grind to pretty ludicrous power but it's not a big part of the game like in Disgaea it's a small completely optional thing.

Be sure to play the added alternate universe story content once you beat the main game.
