refined scrap and keycards
im stumped i dont know where to find refined scrap to upgrade i feel like i gotta go to the outskits of the map but i need a keycard please help

Yes, the only way to find refined scrap is to get to the outskirts, you can get to the outskirts by going up a rank in your gang which you do by challenging one of the guys above your rank once you have completed the quest line of someone on your rank.

The gym has the biggest supply of refined scrap, so make sure to have the wrench and screwdriver built.
