I don't know of any solutions, but i can try to help you troubleshoot it.
You can find your save file and backups in the folder "%appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Minesweeper Variants".
The save files and backups' names are :
"minevar_state_v2.save"
"minevar_v2.save"
"minevar_v2.save.back0"
"minevar_v2.save.back1"
"minevar_v2.save.back2"
First, make a backup of all your save files and backups.
Then, try moving "minevar_state_v2.save" somewhere else.
You might need to deactivate Steam Cloud to prevent it from undoing your changes.
Afterwards, try launching the game again.
