Keyboard shortcuts not working

Just bought the game, and well I think the title is clear enough
I'm trying to do the tutorial but I'm stuck at the part where I have to change the color of the contact
Can't use keyboard shortcuts to change gamespeed, layers, etc either
Ctrl And Shift with mouse buttons work though
And key presses are detected fine in the binding options menu, just not when trying to play

Anyone had the same issue ?

Two days ago, after loading a saved game, the Ctrl+number shortcut, to change the colour of the aircraft data block, wouldn't work. I tried re-starting the game but without success. However, the next day, having shut down and re-booted the PC, everything was back to normal. So perhaps a buffer somewhere filled up and only gets flushed on a PC reboot.

Do other shortcuts work, like changing the game speed and panning the map?

After retrying today it seems to work fine indeed

When I had the problem no keyboard shortcuts were working, I had just installed the game and it was my first time playing it
The mouse, and the Ctrl+Mouse, Shift+Mouse were working, that's it
I couldn't pan, change game speed etc using keyboard

But yeah as I said, It's working now, I rebooted since so that might be it
No idea where the problem was coming from though

For me, it was just the Ctrl+number shortcut at that time.
