Building a Truck

[Neojac]

First you need to harvest parts from a vehicle like a truck with a pickaxe. If a vehicle gives you the option to open a loot container on it, it cant be harvested with a pickaxe as those vehicles just have loot in a container. Once you gathered all the parts you can place them in a Truck assembly station if its a truck. There will be other vehicles in the game soon so some parts are common among all vehicles like a car battery and some are specific to assembling a certain vehicle. Once all parts are placed in the Assembly station then the vehicle will auto start assembling and when done will place the keys inside the assembly station container. You will also find upgrades to your truck which will allow you to upgrade it and can allow you to drive over zombies for instance.

Where did you find the upgrades

There doesn't seem to be the vehicle assembly station for the truck in my game, it's just empty space. Am I missing something?

Vehicle Building is currently removed after we upgraded to Unreal Engine 5.3 while we upgrade vehicles to the new system Unreal has.

Truck has been added back into the last update, you mean adding to the trucks Trunk Space? Think there is a upgrade for the trunk space, will make sure it increases the slots.

I tried adding two seats would only let one would not stack

each vehicle has ist own component, make sure they are truck seats. Think the truck only needs one. can check the image at the top of the crafting station.

you get upgrades that drop in the world with which you upgrade the vehicles so extra storage will add more storage

My experience is the game still runs OK with truck. Also can confirm there is a upgrade loot that I think doubles the trunk space

reloaded work real slow but works is there a motor upgrade

no motor upgrade yet, we will be doing changes to add damage amounts and vehicle health soon.
