motorized squad and vehicles

I have noticed that each motor squad has 10 men and for vehicles have different capacities. Like a BMD2M squad will always have 3 poor guys have no seat in the vehicle.

Is there a sheet which shows the capacity of all vehicles?
Also really think this should be changed in future, either scale the squad size to fit the vehicle or make all PC vehicles able to carry 10 men.

I agree.... Nice to have some of the unique vehicles but a Motorized squad should ALL be able to fit in=side the vehicle. So... There should be a truck for each that can fit 10, Devs can leave the others if they like but yes. a ten-seater is needed.

i would like if IFV and APC infantry squad size was limited by the vehicle capacity, makes a reason to take BTR/M113 instead of BMP/Bradley

This is a very important point !

@NASH, if you read this : You should really provide more information in the tactical combat UI

- what is the trooper capacity of the APC ?
- does the APC/tank has light, medium or heavy armor ? You can also solve that through a symbol to prevent further “text walls”

Not just as critical, but very nice no have : A list oft all rifles with their calibre, penetration, accuracy, damage and fire speed.

I sometimes choose "Recon" to give the 5x soldier teams, or "Armour" if I only want two, but it does require some knowledge of the vehicle or an educated guess to know how many will fit inside. That having been said, I've driven M113a1 with two crew plus 9-10 infantry in the back and no tank riders on the outside, so sometimes the personnel distribution is a bit odd.

I see the 'Recon' option in the Squad Editor, but I do not see it in the 'Create Battalion' menu for a town. What am I missing?

I have the same question, as I have not been able to create a Recon group yet either.
