Console command lines?

So I know the game added console commands some months ago, but I've spent all day trying to use it and none of the commands seem to work. You select the command from the drop down, like the command to give player resources but no format of adding a resource or an amount seems to be recognized, same with other commands like the fog of war or ammo commands.

Does anyone know the command entry formats needed?
