game loading problem

Try delete this folder:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\TotalConflictResistance\Saved\Config
Or delete folder:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\TotalConflictResistance

If you can't find this directory, press Win+R and type: %appdata%\..\Local
Then find the TotalConflictResistance folder and delete it.
