Not staying in fullscreen.

Everytime i close the map the game exits fullscreen and my guns sights disappear. it has ruined my experience with the game. This was one of the early games i bought and was not aware about refunding. now when i try to refund it does not let me due to it being past a fortnite but i only have 103 minutes trying to have fun. The game has so much potential yet the bugs and glitches that i haven't mentioned make it even worse. can someone help me fix this issue or help me refund?

Greetings. Do you mean that the sights disappear when you switch from tactical mode to first person mode?
If yes, then switch to 2nd weapon and back to 1st weapon - the sights will come back. We know about this bug, we will fix it soon.
As for switching from full screen mode - to be honest, it's the first time I've heard of it.

srry i had things to do outside. i didnt know there was a third person mode. to explain: when i go into the bit where you give orders to your troops in the map bit while controlling a person i press m again and the the window minimises and the sight on my gun disappears. i cant think of anyway to fix it.

It going out of fullscreen i mean, i get the sight back by switching to a different weapon or binoculars then back.

Yes. This will be fixed. but for now this is the way to fix it.

yeah i understand. Thats not the main problem though. it exiting fullscreen just pauses the game too many times and stops me from having fun because im not shooting nor commanding soldiers.

oh, what happens when it is exiting full screen? Does it minimise the game or is it a crash?
We are not sure what you mean by exiting full screen.

it minimises the screen. i have to go into the menu then maximises which stops me from playing the game every couple of minutes. i have put in a refund but since i wasnt aware you could do that till this year its past the 14 days even though i have played it for less than an hour

To note the main reason this is so bad. Even when i stretch out the minimised window, whenever it minimises by itself to the original window size that is less than a quarter of my screen. I cant play with that small of a window, it sucks.

Probably. The thing with that is whatever i do to try and fix it with my computer never works and other screen glitches occur. maybe the download went wrong but Im not sure. I have sent in a refund request but since i have owned the game since December its past the 14 days.

i have played for less than 2 hours, i just had it in my library for 50 days. can i just get a damn refund?

I would gladly return your money, but steam has its own rules, I'm afraid that in this case it is better for you to contact the administration of the steam platform. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to return money to other countries.
