so i just lost hours of progress...

Do not understand what happened but after exiting options menu in my 2024 campaign,the entire map screen is black. I cannot see the map. menus i can see, loading another save file,i can see,but this one save file is corrupted and i can no longer continue because the map is not visible.

How did this happen and how do i fix? The other day the entire game froze my system up now this. I understand we are in early access but how are we supposed to give feedback if HOURS of playtime is erased by a bug that doesnt even resolve itself upon a reload/exit start game??

fixed it:

double click on a city from the right side of screen. seems the map centre teleported me to the far east side of the map way beyond a playable area.

Devs plz check why that happened. there no actual way to do that manually

Hey man It happened to me also, screen was completely black until I moved my mouse back and seen it was the fog of war I was seeing not a black screen lol.

Yea that is very annoying. Happens when trying to alt tab on the map. The opposite where the camera is slaved when you click the city on the thing is equally annoying. It has to get ALL THE WAY THERE and if you click another city it repeats.

No, it's an Island, the devs already said they are going to add naval battles and landings, and other islands.

I reported this on discord, while I'm playing, the game would take me far west onto others territory, sometimes no matter what I do, it won't go back to my cities, other time double clicking on the city name would jump back to that city.
