Stability and rebels
The rebels and stability makes this game unplayable at the moment. I have max police and army and 10,000 food. i send alcohol and cigs inn but its more random than fixed. I also lose cities to rebels and rebels take the army garrisoned inside with em. (costed me by best army) I doesnt make sense. Im okey with hardcore managment but this is just punish with no real reason. Love the game so far tho. Keep up the good work.

Keep good relations with neighbors and having larger garrison prevents them from spawning near from what a user said before.

By good relations I mean non-aggressive pact

I dont have problem with other factions. im in 2027 and the stability dont go above 15%. I play as Nozay. I have no more manpower either and iv killed off 3 factions already but now its just endless rebel surpression.

agreed. mt stability drops even when all my battalions are supplied and are requesting nothing, plenty of cigs food and alchohol and police garrisons. stability dropd no matter what I do. I also lost my most advanced army due to them turning into rebels. So frustrating

I have alliances with all other democratic armies, I have police in every town that can create a garrison, I have canned food in the capital and alcohol.

I literally year after year watch my stability go from 80 to 5 year after year fighting the communist nations.

The stability only goes up when a rebel unit spawns.

The system is completely broken at every level, and honestly it is a completely unnecessary distraction to have rebel factions popping up every 5 minutes.

A total rework is needed, such as having nations as a whole revolt and turn into a rebel faction that is strong enough to fight several allied nations, I don't know.

Speaking of allies, What is the point? That needs a total rework as well because at no point did any of my "allies" ever decide to help me fight off invaders.

Diplomacy needs a total rework.

I too am troubled by the rebels.
Even though I have police officers in every city, police uniforms, food, alcohol and tobacco production, the stability tab always shows "Not Controlled". The message will disappear after a while, but it will reappear as the game progresses.
Rebels will appear randomly even with high stability, and in the later stages of play when you have expanded your territory, you will not be able to fight a war. Rebels appear so often that you don't have time to invade other countries and you are forced to deal with them.
Even if you hold a high level of stability, it is still bankrupt to have rebellions all over the country.
I would like to see a total reworking of the wild fluctuations in stability and the outbreak of rebellions.
