Yep. Keep this realistic. If we have medical teams later then they would absolutely fit that, or maybe when defending towns or bases, but Women are pretty much unheard of in special forces, especially on high risk operations. And pretty rare in all frontline combat situations.

The war zone I was in, the only female "soldiers" was the ones strapping explosives to themselves and going to a market or mosque etc. The closest to action female we had in our army (and we're supposed to be one of the most progressive ones) was a girl who was a EOD.

Miles away from the enemy and guarded by a heavily armed company consisting of MEN (which already cleared the area before she even went outside) is hardly taking up arms. Again, keep it realistic and therefore fun.

Why should i care if there are women.Yea id get if there were like 50/50 but if there is like 1 out of 20 NPC are women then i have no problem.

Dudes losing their minds over women in a game, women had a good portion of participation on the territorial defenses of the West Germany army during the most critical fase of the cold war, also, women are very present on militias and police force, both represented in game.

Women on the game would be realistic and y'all can cry rivers about it.
