1) press a number key for example "3" & then with that squad selected press "H" key.
and
2) Press "M" and then in map mode select the Nato map symbol for the squad you want to direct control. Then press "H" key.
thank you
Select the group you want, hit F to open the interaction wheel and select your desired unit through the direct control button (gamepad symbol in the top right)
Yes I wonder this too...
All I can think of Is by selecting the Squad Nº and then clicking on one of the units. So It would be, first column on you´re right selects the Squad, and the second column (far right) selects the unit.
I also wonder If you can select a unit that you are looking at so you can either give a order, or control that unit.
Two ways.
1) press a number key for example "3" & then with that squad selected press "H" key.
and
2) Press "M" and then in map mode select the Nato map symbol for the squad you want to direct control. Then press "H" key.
This seems a little funky. Why not press a number key to open the squad, then a number key that correlates to the individual within the squad and THEN press "H" to control an individual unit in first person mode?
P.S. I dont own the game (yet) so maybe you CAN do it this way but its hard to tell sometimes from Youtube what they are doing
you can do this via Command Wheel.
Hold Down the number of the squad, eg: 3, Keep Holding until the Command Wheel Comes up. then use the Controller Icon to select the soldier you want.
I assume its not done through (Nested Number) method so you can quickly change your mind and press the number of another squad?
