97% Completed?

I've already collected all PACMAN letters, all friends rescued, all mazes found, all galaga found, all mazes completed (including marathon) but, still 97% completed. Is this bugs?

Sounds complete but who knows, I cannot check your progress as Steam says you don't own the game, so... yarr...

There are more maze stages that arnt added into the levels. The extra mazes are at that bulletin board at the pirate cove.

That's weird, I 100%'d the main game before those extra maze stages and also got 97%. I got 100 from finishing those up. Maybe it is the high score, but i doubt the score would be 3% of a completion.

same happened for me. You need the magic key which you get once your high score total is up to 750,000

You need the magic key, and you have to complete the extra maze stages for each zone, which you can access at the Galaxian sign in the Pirate area.

You must score over 770,000 points in order to get the Magic Key.

I played this game on another console. If you want to know, my progress is: 97% Completed, Total score around 750.000, 61 Lives, All Friends Rescued, All Worlds GOLD CROWN.

What do you mean that Bulletin Board? Did you mean Classic Pacman Maze? The Classic Mode doesn't add to your progress and it's endless.

My score is around 750k, but my progress is still 97%.
