Actually Ms Pac-Man Maze Madness is my favorite game of the entire Pac-Man series
Totally same! Lol! I appreciate the evolution Pac-Man took with World, but I prefer the interesting take on the old Pac-formula (and also Ms. Pac-Man > Pac-Man). The different worlds were totally cute, the ghosts with their lil' Egyptian headress. Bigfoot!
The music is STILL among my favorite gaming tunes!
It's a right shame we never got that sequel.
Hm, I didn't know there was so much Pac-Drama, but it does make sense given the historic nature of Ms. Pac-Man at a time games were popping off. It also does make sense why she's had so many entirely different iterations over the years.
I did not realize she is now Pac-Mom. Per Wiki "who serves as a royalty-free counterpart to Ms. Pac-Man". Doesn't that just scream fun and nostalgia?! Lol!
I don't even care if it's Pac-Mom because mods will fix it.
Edit: I prefer the PS1 version; The Dreamcast version has some lighting bugs.
Yeah, exactly!! The gameplay is so fun, the worlds are gorgeous and with a very good variation. I love the music and the enemies. It's just like everything about this game is so creative and perfect for me.
And about the sequel... oh well, I really wish we could have it :/
Maybe one day we can get it, but not before Maze Madness remaster.
Please, namco, if you want to, you can do it ;_;
There was Golden Maze on PC; Not a direct sequel but uses the same 90s 3D artwork assets and is considered to be apart of the 'world' generation. There's also pac-man adventures in time on PC, which is more maze madness-y.
I already played these too, they are fun but I think they're not complex and fun as Maze Madness. MM offers a lot more content and variation!
I'd still buy it
