Beta test is already ongoing. If you want to promote the game send your info (YouTube / Twitch channel, etc.) in the discord.

There will be a option to copy/paste racks? or manage racks in later game... it´s okay to replace some pcs at the beginning, but later.. wtf.. what a big amount of work.. here is a lot of potential for help funktions with better employer...

There is no copy/paste option yet, there might be one in the future. I tried to make one, but it was buggy, so I left it for later. The current focus is finishing all the scenarios for release.

In version 1.5.1 I have added option to re-buy the same PC you bought before (you can edit some components before buying). So, you can simply buy 12 PCs and use SHIFT on keyboard to insert them all quickly. So, making a cloned rack manually will be fast. This version will be available in beta testing by next weekend.

As for replacing parts... If you control dust and heat, your PCs should be working for 5+ years before anything needs replacement. By that time, you don't really want to replace, as newer hardware is superior. It's more optimal to just sell the whole rack and buy a new one.

Yes. This is already planned and is coming in one of the future updates. I want to add a "custom scenario" feature where you pick the starting year, skills, money, and all the regional parameters.
