I've got no clue what to do in this game.

I tried to decipher as many words as i could. I went through the days but there were no changes except for my character getting closer to death each day. On day 7 I told her that I was dying and she cried but that was it.

I'm told this game is good and I want to experience it, but i have no clue what to do.

Figure out the colors and number words as fast as you can, and that will help you do the cooking and plant watering correctly. I think that doing the chores connects to events happening.

I did that but nothing happened

I've had the similar question here on forum, I don't think there's much to do in this game, apart from solving a couple of puzzles that slightly change your ending.
