I had one of the three ingredients needed, and while transporting it to the mortar it clipped through a wall and fell out of bounds. Nothing I can do now

Something similar happened to me. When I was taking the denture to the witch, somehow it glitched and now I can't grab the denture. I played 3 hours, and this happened...

The good thing is; once you know what to do, you can complete either ending in like 10 minutes or less. But the bugs....yeah they're not great
