1. It's faster than clearing a raid/coop dungeon;
2. It drops nearly all purples, with a rare legendary/blue.
So yea, they need to improve the loot of coop dungeons/raids now.

I've been playing on Asia server since the start and I'm rank 126. Still have the issues, que takes forever and I'd be lucky to get half a full group. So I don't know why you guys are getting so lucky.
I understand that, just stating my frustrations because they messed up the loot.
Indeed they have.
It baffles me, how, they added much better loot to some field boss,
while keeping garbage loot for the other pieces of content.
Not really though, the field boss is technically required you to max level and you have to get good build up to fight it otherwise you will have a hard time to fight them (carrying is a thing in this game though, it’s probably that type of game they want it to be…).
Other contents are technically drop specific loots like EX weapons or accessories (Tier 1&2 are set lower difficulty than normal so even if ppl are underrated gear or stat wise still able to clear it while tier 3&4 require you to have some build in otherwise you might die by random mechanics which you don’t have to do in previous tiers). The issue here is how drop rate being calculated since ppl barely know much outside of few details and stuff you can find online.
Free roam only drop normal stuff, mostly work well for farming special effects and succession stones though.
So far, I would say the drops are technically the same regardless of contents, in previous SAO most high end weapons and loots are behind certain enemies while in this one base on the completion from doing missions. You definitely can go through the game quite quickly if your rank is high enough or get carried…
The way how the game structure is pretty much the issue they have since only allow certain type of gameplay or certain things that ppl can do even considering in the aspects of multiplayer.
Just saying, this one does not missing contents but have very fews to start because of the build up they have made base on your character progression through how many times you doing a match to progress everything else then topping with RNG to extent further the needs for farming goal further.
I do believe that it would be better if they decide to rotate dungeons like they do with raid boss and add more enemies, that would allow for more to be available for the multiplayer.
Anyway, about the topic, I saw exactly opposite post ppl make when nobody doing free roam couple months ago. It seems like you just have to go with the flow here in this type of game.

Oh, I do agree, it's just that, there's not that many dungeons to rotate lmao.
They need to add more. AND Poisoned facility, also needs tier 1/2/3 versions.
