This is the Steam forum, it has nothing to do with consoles. Also Devs dont read here anyways. Contact Support if you have a problem like litterally everyone would do.

No, lots of people have contacted them via their social media pages, they haven't put out a notice that they are aware of the issue or responded to anything, so I'm just gonna put this here.

You do see the problem there right? Social Media. They contacted an Social media Account ... CONTACT THE SUPPORT.

No a twitter account is a viable contact source for any company, and when they have at least a dozen people responding to their posts about the DLC saying that they've purchased it and cannot access it, but have still yet to actually post that they are aware its even an issue, so I think just posting on their steam page is more than enough effort on my part, I'm not going to send them an email or anything. Their social media managers and steam moderation staff should be forwarding the complaints on to the dev team, which is why I'm posting here. Thanks! Enjoy your DLC that you paid for and were able to play!

Hello Scamco I still do not have my DLC on PS5. It has now been 7 days with no explanation or resolution.
I legit think i solved your problem.
But i need an question answered first, did you buy the Deluxe edition? And is that the reason you think you get the DLC?
If the Answer is Yes then i have to inform you that you suck at reading because DLC 3 and 4 are NOT included in the Deluxe Edition.

If the answer is No, then for love of God contact the bloody Support, because then you allready could have fixed the problem.

Also i did meant it quite litterally, No Bamco Offical is reading the Steam Forum they dont even have Moderators here.

Hi you're wrong. If they don't have moderators here then maybe they should. This isn't an isolated issue, and many others have tried contacting them through other channels, and so I'm just going to continue to deface their steam page.

Contacting the support won't fix the problem because there have been no reports from anyone who has contacted support having their issue fixed. Even youtubers like Gamerturk have this exact same problem and have been trying to get Bandai to at least communicate with their customers.

But thank you for the bump I like it when my thread is on top.
