but i guess your post is saying yes, you want them
so i have to go back in there....sigh
you have to run around the entire map to find this boss dude. This is really poorly planned and thought out. They couldn't take a pointer from every other action RPG out there that was successful?
Nah. They are sometimes recolored outfits of main characters that can everyone can use. Eg. Sinon's default outfit but red. Can be worn by Silica, etc.
the named monster in the chapter 2 quest 3 is like 100 kilometers BEYOND the actual final boss of the quest in some random ditch
i had to google search this because i didnt want to spend another 20 minutes flying through every nook and cranny of this quest as silica again
it's actually kind of mind-boggling how everyone seems okay with this? this is really atrocious level design
Most people are okay with this because they enjoy playing the game and exploring the map, which you clearly don't. It's additional content in the maps and optional bosses that give cosmetic rewards, of course people will like it. They could've paywalled all of it behind dlc or done much worse.
If you don't want to do it, don't.
i highly doubt "most people" would enjoy playing this because "most people" aren't playing this, but you've conveniently left that nuance out.
having items to loot and bosses in the map isn't "additional content", are you stupid? You might as well say having enemies in the map is "additional content", and i should be thankful they graced me with a map in the first place.
"thank goodness they didn't paywall the outfits behind dlc" yes, thank you for being the bare minimum. Oh wait, there ARE paywalled outfits. Huh. But to be honest, i'd rather just pay then roam around the bland map for 30 minutes trying to find the boss. A lot of the outfits are stupid pieces of accessories like sunglasses or whatever. At least with paid DLC, i can just pick and choose.
lastly, "don't play it if you don't like it"
Ah, yes, the classic non-argument of the Crap Game Defense Forces. i'll do whatever i please, thank you. At least have the intelligence to acknowledge critical faults of your game.
