So if you get items like that for Supports you'd be able to heal more often. There's also skill upgrades that can make your supports support more. Like my Yui's all heal also buffs damage.
Healing being very minor aside, I'd love to be able to buff my teams defense/attack. there's also dailies telling you to either heal, or buff your allies "X" amount of times, but again, so far, I've seen no buffs on anyone.

Fighters: Solid attack power and decent bulk.
Tank: Best bulk in the game. All of them have a taunt skill.
Rogue: Similar to fighters, but tend to trade off bulk for higher mobility. Or are LLENN (who is for some reason a Rogue and not a Ranger)
Ranger: All of them wield guns.
Support: All of them have a crowd healing ability, whether passive or active.
Another thing to add for tanks, they all have 360 block as a basic passive, while other classes would need a legendary ring for that ability.
Tank - Provoke/Defenses
Rogue - Speed/Attack
Ranger - Ranged Attacks
Mage - Glass Canon / AOE
Support - Buffs/Heals
I haven't played everyone yet but this is how it feels so far! Everyone is capable of high amounts of damage though but some make it easier than others.

Yuuki runs faster than LLENN lol. Well. slower than LLENN's extended dash though.
