How to unlock the other endings?

I finished the story and it says I can have different endings, how do I unlock them? :O

Finish the game with different people in your team.

When you pick your four characters for the last mission, you will unlock all of their endings. Since there are 21 characters in the base game, you will have to complete the mission with all of them occupying those four party through multiple playthroughs.

So it should be 6 runs to unlock every ending if you use every character once and then repeat 3 of them!

Sooooo say you ran it 5 times using 4 unique characters each time, right? That would be 20 characters completed. There are 21 characters, so you have to run a 6th time with the last character, and that also leaves 3 extra slots on the team to repeat 3 other characters you already completed. I hope that makes sense!
