Unable to change keyboard binds

I tried to change the key binds for the stamps/emotes as I use those for voice binds in discord, etc. However, after changing the key for those specific commands it still uses the default binds (t and v respectively) in order to activate them. As anyone encountered this problem / knows how to fix it?

The keybinds are different for the 3 control types for particular classes: Melee/Normal, Flying, and Shooting. You have to separately set it for all three to get your desired controls.

Yeah I saw that and figured as much but that didn't fix the issue. I should've clarified, but yeah I initially changed it for all three control types to no avail. Just to note: the UI shows the new bind and yet pressing it does nothing while pressing the default bind triggers it as it should.

EDIT: So I just tried testing it again and it only happens in the lobby. Everything is fine once in an actual map/mission. Weird bug.
