Offline play? Local multiplayer?
I don't fully understand what Bamco it is going to sell:
Is the game Online? Offline? With local multiplayer? With steam's multiplayer?

I saw the EAC requirement and doesn't smell good.

Offline play is, if I remember correctly, limited to story quests. Online multiplayer is the main focus, with 20 player co-op raids and quests being the highlight and main selling point. The story probably won't be anything stellar, so if you only want to play the offline content, your money is probably best spent elsewhere

Its a Multiplayer Focus game (with an story you can play offline), it includes a 20 Player (in 5, 4 player groups) Coop mode where you fight towards an Boss and Raid Mode (boss fight with 20). Theres more but but even in early access not everything in unlocked till the game releases (i heard atleast).

Still have the doubt if it requires a third party service or just uses steam "second party" one, let's see when it releases.

Right. And I have seen Freeroam content where a group of player around lvl 20 killed a small lvl85 boss like it was nothing.

I didn't expected the difficult would be on hardcore level, even without playing the network test, but I expected at least a difficulty that didn't kill the fun out of the game because all is too easy.

If it's too easy, this game will be quickly dead and it pretty much look like that.

I guess you didnt fight Sword Golem during beta test. People died a lot and its mechanics were rly fun.
Dont worry about difficulty, Raid Bosees are rly hard.
Even CoOp mode with Ilifang boss fight is fun and little challenging.

Hopefully at some point they'll allow private games where you can play strictly with friends or set the full raid groups NPC player's characters.

Honestly I'm sitting in the middle here

I agree with Balmung that the game is overall a bit too easy looking
However people did get wrecked fighting the sword golem so there is potential
that late game could actually be somewhat challenging atleast that's my hope

It's pretty funny when people get wiped and I'm just going around ressing people XD

That's the only thing that I expect; and using steam as mp layer, no another craptastical third party service.

Free roam is there mostly for items, you literally can't be lower than 20lvl in free roam because you join it with 20lvl and the map is split in zones with different mob levels. Free roam bosses are just coop quest minibosses and if you ever wondered why those don't feel like bosses here's the answer, they are not

20-hour story content is still quite significant imo. We used to be glad that a game has online functionality at all, even when this is indeed a multiplayer-focused game.
To be fair, I do wish there is/would be local and private co-op, too.

Well, that is your pre-ordering choice. We do value things differently. In a way, those with 3-day early access were able to inform you of this.
Here's hoping Bamco would allow it to flourish with the local & co-op features mentioned.
