Rare Rewards Appearance items
So when doing co op quest or boss raids is there anything to get a bigger chance for these of dropping ive done many co op quests and quite some boss raids.

But so far onlt 1 Axe Appearance item dropped in co op quest and in 1 Sword Appearence item dropped in boss raids.

so i was wondering is there is their a way to get a higher chance of getting any?

Its pretty much RNG, people say getting MVP, S rank or last hit boosts odds slightly but after 90hrs it really just seems random. You will often get weapon skins and like hats n helmets before outfits outright.

Good thing is once you get 1 appearance be it weapon skin or hat you wont have a dupe drop, GL and keep farming.

And we don't know if breaks, secret named bosses, etc. would help bc; we gotta go fast.

It's untested assumptions at best on your camps' end. If it had been tested, there would be info. There is zero info past, "trust me I've played 2000 hours and you just gotta do it my way, no other way works."

We can't test this while everyone is rushing.

thats why you're the only one assuming it breaking parts have nothing to do with drops, yes it gives drops when the part is broken but it has nothing to do with the loot thats dropped at the end of the fight, have done level 85+ multiple times with 0 parts broken still got legendary weapons and cosmetics trust me thats not how this game works bros been playing wayyy to much TFD.

yeah but its not wether you get them or not, its wether doing certain things increases your chance at getting drops. You can rush and be lucky af and have it drop since its still relies on rng. But we don't know if rushing it, keeps the odds lower then doing things like breaking parts or killing named enemies. The only way we'll truly find that out is if someone datamines the game and finds the value of the rare drop chance and sees if it can be increased or is always at a set value that can't be influenced. Thing is that even if turns out theres an increased i'll doubt people will change their ways since "If we do it fast and often it's just as good as us taking our time try to increase the odds".

It's not like i blame players for that mindset but damn do i hate that playstyle. Dunno how many times i've been trying to keep up with teammates trying to rush getting to the boss only to get there underleveled or them pulling some ♥♥♥♥ like in the ruins of truth and lies map where they'll do the relay objective infront of the boss door and then camp there and wait for the others to finish the remaining objectives so they can get to the boss first. Honestly hope the devs consider patching that map in particular and make the teleporter inaccessible til the other two objectives are done.

there's no way to increase drop chances dont you think there'd be a stat for it like in EVERY OTHER SAO GAME you know like Luc and Luc levels on accessories you know like every other sao game come on guys think

No. It doesn't work like that in these kinds of games, typically.

Did you not play Hollow Fragment, Hollow Realization, Lost Song, or Accel World vs. SAO? Or did you play them, rush through it all, and not notice the absolute trove of secrets and ways to boost opportunities to get more, better items than just running from point A to B for completion sake.

LUC is also a crit stat in Fatal Bullet.

i actually did play all other sao games i didnt rush them you're forgetting something this game isnt those games its not hard and yes it does work like that in literally every sao game there's literally boon potions in hollow realization lucky potions in hollow fragment lycoris has drop rate rings and tickets that can be bought from cash shop accel world has rare drop on rings and so does lost song anyone can look any of this up i for one can actually think and yes it might have been a crit stat in fatal bullet but it also helped drop rate so im not wrong i swear you guys like to sit on the forums just to try and prove people wrong

i'm just argueing for the fact that their might be a hidden counter during a quest that may or may not go up if you do certain things like break parts, kill named enemies, get mvp, etc. And i'm we have no means of knowing wethere there is or not given someone would have to datamine the game and make sure. I have not once argued that theres a visible stat you can look up and increase at will for higher luck. I for one have not played any of previous SAO games. But you know what i have played? Monster Hunter a game with horrible rng on some of the rarest ♥♥♥♥ you need to make the best weapons, and that series for the longest time had droprates you'd have to look up online, not ingame, and the chance of you getting rare ♥♥♥♥ was always there but would increase if you broke monster parts. That is what i'm arguing here. That we might be dealing with a hidden stat, and we can't tell because the game doesnt tell you.

I'd be happy for an image gallery on what clothing looks like what.

My experience based on ~300 runs is it's like 5% chance to get any cosmetic. Roughly 4.5% for weapon and ~0.5% for outfit/head stuff.
