Elemental Weakness seems to capped at 30%
(Beyond 30% Elemental Weakness values lower compare to having more Critical Rates or x1 Critical Multiplier)
(If a monster is weak against that elemental then that also +10% already)
And also, like Lapinoire mentioned, we have no spaces, so try to build it around + - 30% depends on the situation, is the most optimal way to build on Weapon.
Perhaps we can use all Critical Rates or 30% Elemental Weakness+Critical Rates.
It is better than over 30% Elemental Weakness.

About Asuna, she is ok with 20%~ Elemental Weakness. (on Ex weapons)
(I ran 20% Elemental Weakness + 1 Critical Multiplier myself and the rest are Crit Rates, on Asuna)
(Some characters can benefit from 30% Elemental Weakness, like Sinon)
