This game is so cryptic with the item effects. Looks like there are many cool interactions between passives and items.
Its a pretty terrible skill since its not really long enough to be helpful in most situations.
Situations being...
1) Combo stopped because you got hit and knocked prone.
2) Only LLENN's reload is now fast enough to continue ranged combo but also only if you are in that rage rabbit mode.
3) enemies running away .
4) Sword Golem's stupid legs.
