I'm new to this kind of game and am wondering do any of the vehicles work? When I opened the hood of all the vehicles I've come across all of their engines were close to 10% or less across the board. I also put car batteries in the chargers at the quick mart (the little gas station to the east) and left them over night. None charged even though there was electricity and it says to 'battery charger'. Is this normal? Do the battery chargers not work in game? I'm also trying to figure out how to get rid of t...
