Mostly positive impression...
So far I think the game has promise. It reminds me of what Survive the Nights wanted to be, with a world map that has noteworthy POIs with unique features, a power grid, etc.

One thing that stood out to me was the school. It goes to show the kind of thought the developers are putting into the game:
1) In the auditorium there's an interactable, functional microphone. It's not just scenery- it can be used to amplify your voice over voice chat to the whole room.
2) Fire alarms are all over the building, which can actually be pulled to create noise.
3) Air conditioners are on the roof and can be checked and toggled. Not sure if they actually affect the AC of the building, but it shows me that they at least plan for that.
4) Backup generators at some key buildings, like the school.
5) Utility tunnels underground where you can toggle the school's power from a computer you can move, or a junction box.

That's just one location. I found a radio station that had a locked studio room. It was empty, but presumably they plan to let players use equipment in that room to broadcast to the whole region over the radio.

You can enter the back of box trucks, and place stuff down inside of it, turning it into a portable base. You can do the same with the RV, but it has a lot of stuff pre-built-in already. School buses can also be explored and have stuff placed in them, but since you can't remove the seats (most of which can't be interacted with) you can't turn it into a base like you can the other big vehicles.

Ambulances and police cruisers have sirens, which is normal, but the cool thing about the ambulance is that it has medical storage in the back you can use, and a stretcher you can sleep on. It's like a budget RV.

There are mail carrier trucks that come with shelves in the back, and can be walked around like the other big vehicles.

Some animals only spawn in certain areas. If you go to the farm west of the map, you find cows and pigs.

Power substations exist outside of or next to each small town. If you disable the power there, it shuts down power for the whole town. I also think there are junction boxes in neighborhoods that can be toggled as well, so you can shut down specific neighborhoods.

All of this is to say: there is a lot of attention to detail and thought put into this game. Locations are being crafted to have unique characteristics that make them appealing for groups to occupy and defend. There is also roleplay potential built into the game, which is interesting and fun to see.

It has its issues, of course, but it works fine. You can dismember zombie arms, or decapitate them. You can make it so only hits to the head kill, or so players come back as zombies when they die. Combat doesn't really feel innovative, but it's functional.

Vehicles are a bit bouncy, throwing themselves in the air just from rolling over a zombie or getting run into by a zombie. I also don't like that you can't lock the RV living sections, or the box truck back door, or the containers within them.

But, overall, this game has promise, as long as the two people in charge don't burn out or overdo it, and they're good bosses for when they inevitably expand their team.

Kinda, sleeping bags will be lost in a box truck. And I don't think the UC is meant to be mobile.

And from where I am sitting, you are doing a fantastic job too, hence my monthly donation as a token of my appreciation for all the fun I am having.

I think I will try it with a friend, it looks promising indeed! There is a big space for a proper FPS multiplayer zombie survival sandbox, keep the good updates coming and you will soon become very rich and it will be well deserved :golden:

But hey, don't burnout, quality things takes times to make anyway and also needs a well rested producer :cozybethesda:
