HOW CAN I INVITE MY FRIEND INTO THE GROUP?

hi, I have made the group but i don't know how to invite player to my group

if i dismiss the group the game say, that if i get an invite i can accept that
BUT HOW

Need to meet up with your friend, look at them and you’ll get the option to add to group.

and how can do that? because when i look at my friend i can see just his name?
