How do you actually throw stuff

so the game tells me almost anything can be thrown.... but i cant figure out how... can anyone tell me please?

yes i select hold on a Fork in my inventory, for example, and then click what button?

You can't throw a fork but you can throw non-melee items etc

I'm trying to throw weapons. Got + 10 off the bat can't throw anything worth a dam. What are the weapons you can throw? Do they constitute weapons?

Hello, I have the same issue, how can I throw an object or weapon as an attack ? I am trying with the crowbar for example, is it possible ? When I hold LMB, I bring it over my head but then I can only heavy attack but not throw it. thanks for your help

Only non-melee items can be thrown, nothing that you can attack players/zombies with.
