First of all, thank you for the game! Unfortunately it is not a puzzle game I would recommend to other puzzle nerds like me simply because it doesn't feel like one. Since the game requires you simply to find the right place to put each piece, you can just click through each level without even thinking about the actual color matching part - just look for when a piece turns into a star piece and you're done.
