Just defeated the Unholy Horde and Became Emperor. Games looking good.
I played around 50 hours on playtest demo and the biggest issue was late game lag. For me that has mostly been fixed. Was running 110 peasants with 100 troops and things were fine. So really glad to see that got worked out.

Bought the game recently and finished a run. Really enjoy the updates and improvements to the game so far. I didn't mind the old map, but the new world map is good, and I had 0 bugs or issues with it in my 50 days run. With the exception of a text typo when doing a peace treaty. When you receive money, the last pop up you get says you paid so and so money even though you get paid for it.

I feel I have a bit more control over my lords and family now, which is good. Less randomness for the sake of randomness and things happening for a reason. So if you stay on top of your lords you can prevent issues.
I also like that I can turn my excess family into marriages or knights. I didn't like it before when they just became auto free lords. I do wish when making them a knight we could track and interact with them a bit more, they should also still get a lords house.
Either way I like where you guys are going with it.

The economy side of things was running smooth for me. I was able to keep everyone fed and drunk on a regular basis even with a large population. The new trading mechanic also had me rolling in coins at one point. So with my industry going and feeding each other, my chancellery giving out orders, and my messengers coming to and from I felt like I had quite the machine going. Which all led to me having a 100 man army of armored warriors with the best weapons.

The Unholy Horde fight was 100 vs 100 brutal brawl. The fight against the Church of Sophia was a 32 man invasion, that could have been beefed up a bit. Either way. Was a good run, little to no bugs, enjoyed my time with it. Looking forward to whats next.
