Auto Learning

Hello, I would like a feature which allows for automatic book learning.
That's all, it simply gets tedious later on to make everyone read.

I'd like to see this QoL as well. I think the knowledge system is good, but it becomes really micromanagy towards mid / late game. All I'm doing is cycling new children and lords to keep up on books. Would like to see this feature more automated.

I perfer a school where one guy go share their knowledge like wise conversation. The rest who are idling go learn from there.

The need for better relationship in wise conversation is really troublesome.

Yeah I do agree that wise conversations are a way to automate learning, but the current required relationship levels does limit it quite a bit. I feel like there a very few people that I can have wise conversations with who I actually want the knowledge transferred to.
I do love how the game makes sharing your knowledge between multiple generations so important though. Don't forget to write lots of books too. They can earn a lot of gold if you know what you are doing as you can sell some books for several hundred gold.

I prefer this idea.. much better and neat. Library for the Lords. Schools for the children..
