How to get the book merchant (Scriptonic?)
What are the requirements to get the book merchant to appear? I went through a couple of playthroughs of the game but no Scriptonic/book merchant never appeared. What do I need to obtain to get the merchant to appear?

This is more of an RNG, it will probably come a couple times in 50 days. The most powerful cultural knowledge entries are now part of a distinct set. These are unavailable through the Holy Caravan and can only be obtained from neighbors or the visiting book trader, Scriptonic.
