Incognito Baby on the Run

Has anyone figured out the deal with the Incognito characters? I mean besides just being another random npc to show up. I've had two, one of them stayed and then left (giving me a book). The second. OH BOY the second, she became pregnant with my King's child. Mind you he has no wife, or lords currently. I am now stuck on the last day of her being in my town before leaving. I didn't realize capturing only works when a character is asleep D:<

Anyways I just wanna know 1) Will I get my child if it's born out of my town (My guess is no?) and 2) What has been figured out about all things relating to incognitos (Like what they do, if we can recruit them somehow, figure out who they are, if we need to do x y z for certain events, ect ect).

How did ur king bang her? I thought you could only do it with peasants outside of marriage.

I did to! I was busy looking at something else (I can't remember exactly what, a building or smth?) when I saw love hearts then saw it was the two of them. Shortly after it said she was pregnant.

Damn, I should have captured her. I didn't realized until it was to late that capturing is only when their asleep D:
