Is there a way to increase loyalty without having to give holy rings?

I've given the queen 50 holy rings because no matter what I do her loyalty just keeps dropping below 25. In the description for loyalty it says that it will drop significantly if the character doesn't like the king or is unhappy. But right now her mood is 69 and her relationship with the king is +29 she's also the same culture so I can't figure out why loyalty keeps dropping?

And because she has so many rings I now have the problem that everyone is envious of her and she has developed the contemptuous trait. Normally an easy solution would be to have her gamble and loose but she also has higher intelligence then everyone so that's not possible. So I'm just wondering if there is a way to increase loyalty without having to give holy rings?

I'm still somewhat new to the game myself, but from my hours of playing what I've found is that loyalty is generally tied to the over all situation, and the King/rulers.

If her loyalty is consistently dropping that means some other major issue is going on most likely, or perhaps its a personality trait? I'm not sure.

Can you provide more details? Personality traits, did she come from another noble house? Is it your starting characters? etc.

It's most likely due to bribery (maybe by bishop). After patch 32, its gotten out of hands, I've paused playing it untill they fix that!

Actually patch 32 fixed it, it was patch 31 that caused it

Yeah I have noticed that she does get bribed a lot which is annoying but I thought they only get bribed if they had low loyalty anyway? And I do get a notice for that but there's something else that's hidden that keeps dropping it.

I'm playing the king wife and child scenario, she is the original wife of the king both from the Varn culture and there's nothing in the personality traits to indicate why it is happening. I can understand loyalty dropping on the sly if you were to marry a queen for outside the family especially from another culture but I can't understand why it drops for the original queen. I ended up just starting a new game anyway and I haven't had the same problem yet this game.
