cant capture incognito

Hello, I had an incognito show up and start killing my peasants and started to set fires. I set action to capture with 3 different lords but no one will capture him/her. i even tried to use army but they won't attack. the only option that works is expel . is this a new bug or what?

He will got to a bandit camp after this. Then you can capture him.

you can capture him while in the big map

Happened to me as well, could do nothing to stop Incognito. I watched him torch my town and then happily walked away... It kinda feels like the devs intended it this way since you can capture him later/take revenge.

This annoyed me big time tho and made me wanna pull out my hair
