Female heir cant marry cause she moves to the other land then?
I have a female heir and i want her to be the queen. Currently if i were to arrange a marriage for her she would leave the kingdom and no longer be the heir. Can she marry and rule when she is the queen?

if she becomes queen, and you then marry her to someone on the map, then she will stay in your settlement.
You can also wait until a free lord shows up that you are ok with and marry him. You have to hire the free lord, build 25 relation with current queen, and then you can give the free lord a lord title and marry him to your female heir. So if you marry to a free lord they will stay in settlement. (Free lords only show up randomly if you have less then 2 free lords hired)
You can also marry children of brother/sisters of your king/queen.
You only can't marry your brothers, sisters, parents in the game if I'm correct.

Or "adopt" a Lord that is leaving and then have him marry once she is queen.
