Simple money cheat?

Wont work sadly. I dont need items. I need raw cash. I am at very start of new game. Where you build your starter ship. I want to recreate my main ship. But costs 6M.. And all the options max give 2M. Guess could make tiny ship.. then add high value items just to sell. But...

Add some Fusion Reactors to your inventory and sell them, that's a quick few million.

I'd intended that more as the introduction to the editing of your save file more generally with the rest left as an exercise for the reader. There's a "cash" value in there somewhere.

Ah I see, that does help actually. Thank you. I do know how to edit files some what. Just dont know what value to look for at the moment.

Searching for non-obfuscated values (like money, or other resources) is really easy, anyone could learn it in 5 minutes.

What it requires though is that youre able to either drop money or spend money in small increments.

Ah ok I see. Honestly I never looked deep into it. Found it years ago and looked a little at it. But got vortex and wemod for other games and was easier route :-)

There is one I just recently found in the anonamly game mode
(whichever game mode that is).

basically, at the 2nd sector, 001, get thousands of tiddlets(highly recomend to NOT go over 1.5k) and when collecting, make sure you meet the right amount of tiddlets, and after that, jump to the next sector, the game will keep giving you the 400k prize 4 times every few seconds, however it is annoying late game though
