I have a Azerty keyboard and how can this an can't automatically adapt to my keyboar or at least let me change the keys

Not sure this is user definable in any way yet. Key bindings are requested as a feature - I will remind the devs of this one in this week's feature request thread[discord.com] on the Discord, as you have reminded people, this is important.
