A scan-line filter option would be perfect for this game

I'm getting "Missing Executable" errors when trying to boot both the game and the config tool. It looks like only the GAME.DAT file is in the directory now and both executables are missing. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't re-introduce them.

I play this for PC and there seems to be no option for full screen. Not sure if this is possible for this title, but a full screen (appropriate aspect ratio, not stretched) would be great, thank you.

Is it the ROMs running via an emulator? There are many Neo Geo MVS games on Steam. I even have 6 "Real" MVS carts, KOF 94/95, Samurai Shodown 2/3, League Bowling and Art of Fighting IIRC...
