Bugs and question

1. Each time i enter the shop (on nightmare haven't tested in other difficulty) the damage my weapon do reset. If i do buy another upgrade it do go back but disappear again when re opening the shop. And when i quit and reenter the game, the total just reset to one

2. Second smaller problem, when finishing a level, it will say the previous level on the end-screen. so level 2 show level 1 completed, level 7 show level 6 completed etc

3. Third, I've found all 32 stars but didn't get the achievement. here's where i found them :
Level 1 : 4, Level 2 : 3 (+ ester egg), Level 3 : 6, Level 4 : 3, Level 5 : 2, Level 6 : 3, Level 7 : 3, Level 8 : 3, Level 9 : 5

4, I've completed the game without opening the shop but didn't get the achievement, did it from new game and new game+

5. Does enemy killing themselves remove the pacifist change? and do grappling hook also count as hitting enemy?

6. How to you get the cheat achievement

7. on one of my savefile, i can't open the shop anymore, dunno if its because i have more than 10k lua or if its because i upgraded my weapon too much because of the nightmare glitch.
